Casa Alfonso
A historic tavern and gourmet grocery in Barcelona, open since 1934. We refreshed its identity and designed its menus and website.
The challenge
Bring a Barcelona classic up to date without losing any of the 1930s charm that makes it unique: the original furniture, the family history and the house’s own Iberian cured meats.
What we did
We defined a brand manual with a logo, colours and typefaces inspired by the house’s tradition. From there we designed the tapas, dessert and drinks menus, business cards and a website that tells Casa Alfonso’s story since 1934 and invites people to book.
