Why do we process your personal data?
Prospective clients and contacts. To handle the enquiries you send us through the contact form, by email or by phone, and any other business contacts needed to assist you. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.
Anyone submitting data through the forms on this website declares that they are over 14 years of age. If we find that a child under 14 has provided personal data, we will delete it.
Job applicants. To manage the CVs we receive and carry out recruitment processes, interviews and any other steps needed to find the best person for a given role. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to consider your application.
No automated decisions are made based on the data provided.
How long do we keep your data?
- Prospective clients and contacts: for as long as necessary for the purpose described, unless you ask us to delete it.
- Job applicants: two years from the last interaction.
What is the legal basis for processing?
Prospective clients and contacts:
- Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract: handling enquiries about our services (GDPR, Art. 6.1.b).
- Our legitimate interest: managing professional contact details (Spanish LOPDGDD, Art. 19; GDPR, Art. 6.1.f).

Who will receive your data?
We do not share data with third parties unless required by law. To provide our services we use suppliers who process data on our behalf as data processors, under the contracts required by law:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and anonymous, aggregated visit statistics.
- Resend: delivering contact form messages to the Doublin team.
- Corporate email provider: receiving and managing messages.
International data transfers
Some of these suppliers are based in the United States or may access data from there. These transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
What are your rights?
You have the right to confirm whether SOMOS DOUBLIN, S.L. is processing personal data about you.
You may access your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data or delete it when, among other reasons, it is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected. You also have the right to data portability.
In certain circumstances you may ask us to restrict processing, in which case we will only keep your data to establish or defend legal claims. You may also object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation; we will then stop processing your data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or it is needed to establish or defend legal claims.
