Bye Bye Blat
A 100% gluten-free bakery and café in Girona. Since 2024 we’ve run its social media, content shoots and design pieces, with one clear message: gluten-free and full of flavour.
The challenge
Grow a loyal Instagram community and position Bye Bye Blat as the gluten-free reference in Girona and Catalonia, speaking from enjoyment and normality, never from limitation.
What we did
We manage Instagram and Facebook with a warm, cheeky tone, with Judit in front of the camera, coeliac humour, recipes and educational content. Every quarter we run a shoot to create professional, evergreen videos, and we keep the community active with giveaways, key dates and the #xarxasensegluten network. We also design materials for the food truck, the in-store screens and guides such as a gluten-free Ireland guide.
