Gravida
An assisted reproduction centre in Barcelona. We’ve run its social media since 2022 and, since 2025, that of Gravida Donantes, its egg donation programme.
The challenge
Talk about fertility with rigour and warmth at the same time: answer questions about treatments, build trust and put faces to the medical team without sounding cold or clinical.
What we did
We manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook with educational content about the processes, patient testimonials and pieces that humanise the team: doctors, embryologists and nurses. We run video and photo shoots at the centre, design the graphic pieces and review the data every month to adjust the strategy. For the donor programme we created its own line, built on transparency and support.
